Within the past twenty-four (24) months, Heartland Consulting, Inc. has secured for its clients over sixteen million dollars ($16,500,000.00) in federal grants and more than three million dollars ($3,000,000.00) in U.S. Congressional earmarks, not including additional robust funding opportunities resulting from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA).
